All sales on lighting, custom furniture, fine art, planted vessels and found objects are final sale and cannot be returned. Any other items such as: décor, rugs and textiles, will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. These items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once we have processed your returned items, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

Rugs: Most rugs are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. They are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Artwork: All artwork is final sale & nonrefundable.
Found Objects: All found objects are vintage, delicate and one of a kind, and therefore are final sale.
Custom Furniture: All furniture that has been made to order, has custom upholstery or been customized by our design team, is final sale and nonrefundable.
Non Custom Furniture: All furniture is final sale.
Planted Vessels: All planted vessels are final sale and nonrefundable.
Mirrors: local returns only within 15 days. No shipped returns will be accepted.
Decor: Decor items are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. Found Object Decor Items are non refundable.
Textiles: All textiles are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase so long as they are new, unused, have all tags attached, and have no stains or soils.
Apothecary: All apothecary items are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. All apothecary items must be closed, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging in tact and sealed to be accepted.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and nonrefundable.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs.
