Please note there is a 3 day processing time for all orders. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Order processing will not take place on major US holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day.

Large or heavy furniture items are available for local pick up and local delivery at our Palm Desert, CA location only. We offer local delivery at a flat rate of $100 per item with complimentary white glove service.
For Alaska or Hawaii orders, please allow 6-10 business days for standard shipping and up to 3 days processing time.
At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand if you need to make a return.
All sales on lighting, custom furniture, fine art, planted vessel and found objects are final sale and cannot be returned. Any other items such as: non-custom furniture, décor, rugs and textiles, will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. These items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once we have processed your returned items, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.
All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packaging still intact.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will be resposible for any additional return shipping costs.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare and unfortunate, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive damaged or defective, please send a photo and details to email@example.com
