A quiet, grounding object with centuries of lineage behind it. Bajots—low wooden platforms traditionally used throughout parts of Turkey and South Asia—were historically placed beneath meaningful objects, elevating them slightly above the ground with reverence and intention.
Each of our vintage wood bajots carries the marks of time: softened edges, worn grain, and a naturally developed patina that only decades of use can create. Carved from solid wood and left largely untouched, their primitive form feels both sculptural and deeply utilitarian.
